Returns

At BodyGlam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@bodyglam.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience.
3. Send Back the Item: Package the item securely and attach the return label. Drop it off at your nearest postal service.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for unused items within 30 days of purchase. To arrange an exchange, please contact our customer service team.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
